Reduce traffic congestion and pollution, and increase availability and access to mass transit. Due to traffic congestion and high fuel emissions, I believe we should focus on increasing intermodal-transit opportunities. Including, underground light-rail funding for Metro expansion, like the new Purple Line. We should also increase the usage of the inter-county connector (ICC) between Prince George's and Montgomery Counties (from 95 to 270) by lowering, if not eliminating, the high tolls associated with this highway.
